Lindsey holds a front, day-to-day role with MADSIF members. In addition to bookkeeping, she issues policies, renewals, payroll audits, premium payments, experience mod calculations for all members.

Janiece works behind the scenes, ensuring that MADSIF meets all CPA, actuary, and MI Workers Comp Agency financial requirements. She balances, compiles and reconciles financial statements and calculates member surplus returns.
